SiteCaddy is a suite of digital data capture and reporting tools for building services engineers, developed and operated by Simple Effective Ltd (Company Number SC892885), a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom.
SiteCaddy is a data capture and reporting aid only. It does not replace engineer training, competence, experience or professional judgement. Compliance with applicable regulations, standards and legislation remains solely the responsibility of the engineer and their employer.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any work they carry out, certify or report is done so in accordance with all applicable regulations, standards, codes of practice and their own professional competence. SiteCaddy outputs should be reviewed and verified by a competent engineer before being issued to clients, managers or contractors.
SiteCaddy is intended for use by professional building services engineers and related tradespeople operating in a commercial context. By using SiteCaddy you confirm that you are using it in the course of your professional activities and that you have the relevant training and competence for the work you are carrying out.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period, whether monthly or annual. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.
In exceptional circumstances such as a billing error, refund requests may be considered at our discretion. Contact info@sitecaddy.co.uk.
You agree not to share your account credentials with others, use SiteCaddy for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute the applications, or use SiteCaddy to generate false or misleading compliance records.
All SiteCaddy applications, branding, content and software are the intellectual property of Simple Effective Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership or licence beyond the right to use the application during an active subscription.
SiteCaddy applications are designed to work offline. Account verification and subscription checks require an internet connection. We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of SiteCaddy after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
